The Quality Driven Management Expert (QDM Expert) analyzes and solves quality problems individually and/or via formal quality action teams. A QDM Expert has completed prescribed QDM training, completed at least two QDM projects and has demonstrated their knowledge of the QDM principles, the ABLE problem solving methodology and an array of QDM tools.
After meeting the prerequisite requirements, each certification candidate is required to pass an examination that consists of multiple-choice questions that measure comprehension of the QDM Expert Body of Knowledge.
